“We continue the series of real estate developments in Bucharest with a new large-scale project, Greenfield Băneasa. The project will cover an area of 39.374 sqm and consists of five residential buildings with 10 floors, part of one of the most important residential complexes in the Capital city. The works will start in January 2021, and their duration is estimated at one year, the five residential buildings will be housing studio units and two- and three-room apartments. The complex will benefit from solar panels, a selective waste collection and management system, efficient lighting and infrastructure for wastewater recovery and management.
“Impact Developer & Contractor has signed the contracts for the first stages of the New Greenfield and is enthusiastically preparing for the new year. As a result, in the view of the fact that we offer a full range of facilities, we have every reason to expand Greenfield and develop the community, which has over 6.000 inhabitants”, adds Sorin Apostol, CEO Impact Developer & Contractor.
Located near Băneasa Forest, the Greenfield project will include a shopping center, Greenfield Plaza, whose construction began in November 2020, with facilities such as: a strip mall, a wellness area equipped with gym, a SPA, a tennis court, a semi-Olympic pool and an interior and outdoor pool, but also its own office building.
As General Contractor, Electrogrup developed complex projects in several construction sectors in Romania and abroad, in countries such as Germany, Poland, Belgium and the Netherlands. Thus, the company contributes to meeting the national need for sustainable infrastructure construction, in addition to the significant role in its core fields of activity – energy and telecommunications.
