BLAJ 110/20/6KV POWER STATION
The project involved the refurbishment and construction works within an existing power station. The works were carried out in the conditions of maintaining the functioning of the installations for ensuring the customers continuous power supply
The works included:
- Refurbishment of the control building and roof
- Replacing the old concrete foundations with a steel structure
- Civil works: courtyard with green space and alleys, access roads, sewerage, concrete alleys around the building, fences, sewerage, driveway
The electrical works included:
- 110kV – 25MVA power transformers (2)
- Replacement of the 110kV equipment – switches, separators, power and voltage measuring transformers, dischargers – including the equipment connections
- Replacement of the MV equipment and installation of a simple sectioned bar system with 28 cells of 20kV and 6 cells of 6kV
- Installation of two 20/6kV – 6.3MVA power transformers
- Modernization of the secondary circuits (new command-control panels) with the installation of the SCADA telecontrol system
Electrogrup successfully implemented
- Designing the construction details and drawing up the as-built
- Project Management & Health and Safety coordonation
- Primary and secondary equipment installation and SCADA system
