Ioana Birta serves as the Commercial Director of Electrogrup, overseeing the company’s commercial strategy and contributing to the consolidation of its activities.

Ioana brings extensive and diversified experience in financial and commercial leadership, gained in both corporate environments and entrepreneurial companies. She began her career in the Big 4, where she developed EY Cluj’s office and coordinated complex audit and consultancy projects. Subsequently, she played a key role in the development of TeraPlast Group, a publicly listed industrial group, where she led strategic initiatives in M&A, supply chain, major investments, significant negotiations with internal and external partners, as well as digital innovation.
