With extensive experience in large-scale construction projects and infrastructure works, Mihaly Szanto has developed strong expertise in operational coordination, project delivery, and site execution across complex construction environments. His professional background reflects a deep understanding of construction processes, gained through progressive roles within Electrogrup, where he has built a long-standing career.

In his role as Deputy COO – Construction, Mihaly supports the management of construction operations across all project phases, from planning and coordination to on-site execution, contributing to the timely and efficient delivery of projects in line with established objectives. He plays an active role in improving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and supporting teams in the field.

Mihaly plays an important role in strengthening Electrogrup’s construction capabilities and supporting the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
