The project consists of the demolition, reconstruction and interior re-compartmentalization of a multi-purpose building. The new construction will include an indoor riding arena, horse stalls, restaurant, hotel, conference room, event hall and terrace.
The building has a P+Mez.+2E+R height scheme, with a total of 58 rooms.
