Andrei Mureșan holds the position of Deputy General Director at Electrogrup and is the youngest member of the management team. He graduated with a master’s in Management and Finance from London Business School.

Ioana Birta serves as the Commercial Director of Electrogrup, overseeing the company’s commercial strategy and contributing to the consolidation of its activities.
Ioana brings extensive and diversified experience in financial and commercial leadership, gained in both corporate environments and entrepreneurial companies. She began her career in the Big 4, where she developed EY Cluj’s office and coordinated complex audit and consultancy projects. Subsequently, she played a key role in the development of TeraPlast Group, a publicly listed industrial group, where she led strategic initiatives in M&A, supply chain, major investments, significant negotiations with internal and external partners, as well as digital innovation.

Alin Mihăilă, Sales Director at Electrogrup, has over 20 years of experience in construction and infrastructure transport project implementation, holding leadership roles in companies such as CNAIR and Metrorex. Alin has managed major projects such as the Orăștie-Sibiu and Sebeș-Turda highways, as well as the expansion and modernization of Bucharest’s network.
